1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✔ The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔ The boots must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
✔ The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
✖ Final sale or clearance items.
✖ Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
✖ Custom-made or personalized boots.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Securely pack the boots in their original box and send them to the provided return address.
4️⃣ Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective products, incorrect items, or quality issues caused by our mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully delivered.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If the return is rejected (due to wear, damage, or missing components), we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you received a promotional discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, we encourage you to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
